Health and Travel Advice

“I can show you the world.” When asked why I joined the Navy right out of high school, my response was to travel and see the world, and I am so blessed that I got to experience all that I did. We swore that we would start traveling again, but the COVID-19 pandemic halted that. Eric and I (let’s be honest, and Marylyn) will be traveling again soon. In the meantime, I will be posting pictures of places I have personally visited, so you can live vicariously through me. Now regarding health, holy moly, I have had some crazy health issues and concerns. You know what gerd is. Do you know what nutcracker esophagus is? Jeez. You can ask if I had it. If I didn’t or eric didn’t (if he’s willing to share) then I have a few close friends I could get you in contact with so you can go direct. But if I’ve had it, you can bet I will share my story. I am a huge believer in self advocation. Too many bad things have happened too so many people that didn’t speak up. We will talk more on that…
